Hilla Peretz, Ph.D

About Me

I received my Ph.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Haifa and completed a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University in New York. Currently, I am a senior faculty member in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management, at Braude College, Israel. My research interests encompass international, comparative, and cross-cultural human resource management, which I investigate at different levels. My work appears in journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of World Business, Human Resource Management Journal, the International Journal of Human Resource Management, and more. I participate in several international research initiatives and networks, represent Israel in the GLOBE project, CRANET Network of International Human Resource Management, AOM HR international ambassadors’ program, and COST Actions of the EU. I am also an area editor at the European Management Review journal and served on several academic journals' editorial board
